SWZ12580/3A CNC beam drilling machine consists of host, feeding device, dolly etc, with electrical control system, widely applied in construction, bridge, station boiler, stereo garage, sea oil drilling, steel tower structure industries, machine is used for drilling H-beam, channel, box girder, with advantages of high processing accuracy and easy operation.
Machine features:
. Workpiece movable, machine bed fixed structure, machine frame is high strength steel plate welded, this machine can process H beam with high automation degree and also for continuous production.
. Machine has 3 sliding tables, composed of slide, slide seat, and servo system.
. Machine has 7 CNC axis, each axis adopts precision roller guide rail, AC servo motor+ball screw guide, can ensure positioning accuracy.
. Spindle rotation speed up to 3000rpm, and can realize stepless adjustment.
. Drilling heads can work simultaneously or independently, greatly improves drilling efficiency.
. Air-mist cooling method, realized through air+high pressure water, uses less coolant, cost-saving, environmental protection, reduces drilling heads wear.
. Control system consists of PC, PLC control system, photoelectric encoder etc. Input workpiece parameter can transfer to processing program automatically, can restore, display real time, CAD/CAM direct conversion can be achieved.
